Jean L.
Campana, Founder and President of Campana Consulting, has an MBA from Pepperdine
University. She is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and has been
nationally recognized as a leading consultant, facilitator and speaker since 1988.
Prior to that time, she was manager of supplier quality and source surveillance for Hughes
Aircraft Company. Her background also includes the manufacturing arena where she was
Production Supervisor and Project Manager for a major machine tool builder. She is
highly experienced in communication, partnering facilitation, strategic planning, conflict
resolution, and process improvement. |

We have
been serving business and industry since 1988. Our initial focus was on process improvement and the revitalization of American industry using
the methods and techniques of such quality pioneers as W. Edwards Deming, Joseph Juran,
Walter Shewhart, and Philip Crosby. The addition of workshops and
consulting services in Executive Coaching, Team Building, Team Leader Development, and Strategic
Planning was a natural offshoot of this focus.

In 1993, we
began filling the growing need in the construction industry for Partnering
workshops and consulting aimed at allowing all stakeholders in a project to express their
objectives, concerns and values up front in order to establish a team approach to solving
problems, meeting challenges, and moving toward shared goals. Mediation
services were added in order to assist clients in solving disputes and conflicts and avoid
the time, trouble and expense of litigation. The high quality Personal
